Sample series of printed circuits boards

Orders of one type of PCBs, with a total area not exceeding 20 dm2 are treated, in our company, as the so-called "sample series". Boards produced within such series are manufactured with the same technology as in serial production. The documentation created for producing the sample series is permanent and can be used again in the future..

Elementary production of "the sample series" includes: drilling, solder-mask, tinning in accordance with the RoHS standard and plating of holes for double-sided boards. The boards will be produced on a 1.5 mm thick FR4 laminate, with 35 μm thick copper. Any other options are available, but they result in an increase in price of "the sample series".
